Speciality Breads

Do you dream of offering your passengers a choice of speciality breads and rolls from the finest Continental bakeries?

With our help it’s easy. You name it, we supply it – Italian ciabatta, focaccia infused with herbs and spices, or seeded rolls such as pumpkin, eight-grain and sunflower.

Most of our breads are produced by artisan bakers so you really will be serving warm rustic rolls, pre-baked traditionally on the stone floor of the oven to give a light, crisp crust and authentic floured appearance.

And as we’re always working on new recipes we can now offer ethnic flat breads, too – perfect served with curry.

It’s an agonising choice, which is why we also offer a customised mix of rolls in our oven-ready bags…simply rewarm and serve.
