Taste of Travel Programme 2024  

This year, we are excited to continue highlighting our commitment to innovation tailored to meet the ever-evolving preferences of global travellers, with three of our Directors scheduled to present at the Taste of Travel Theatre.  

• Tuesday, 28th May,12:45 – 13:15 

Marcus Nilsson, our Commercial Director, and Richard Wake, our Insight & Innovation Director, will be hosting ‘Route to Innovation: Considering Food and Consumer Trends’ to discuss global consumer trends set to impact in the next 12 months.  

• Thursday, 30th May,10:30 – 11:15 

Food Development Director, Gwendal Hamon, will join industry experts in ‘Culinary Nutrition – A Force for Improving the Passenger Experience’ for an insightful discussion on how advanced culinary concepts can transform the passenger experience. 

Both sessions, and more, will be taking place at the Taste of Travel Theatre during WTCE.
