Our Specialist Account Managers will be in regular contact with the customer to work up the brief and find out where the ‘need’ has come from, and what the parameters are in terms of sizes and weights for example. We talk routes, cabins, and passenger types, asking questions and, more importantly, listening. It’s the foundation of lasting relationship.

Our Research team delves deep into your passenger demographics, uncovering favourite cuisines, ingredients, and food brands. We leave no stone unturned to build a strong connection, ensuring your passengers fall head over heels for our creations.

Our New Product Development team keeps the flame alive by consistently looking to strengthen our portfolio by developing new products, supplemented by innovative new flavour profiles and food trends. By working closely with our Research team, they know what your passengers desire, and will create a menu that’s bound to make their hearts skip a beat.

Take a Trip

Ah, the joy of a spontaneous trip! Our NPD, Procurement, and Technical teams embark on their own adventures, visiting suppliers worldwide to ensure the products we source are exactly as expected, and that their safety, sustainability and hygiene credentials are up to standard before they give their blessing to work with them. It’s the airline catering equivalent of travelling to your parent’s house to ask for your hand in marriage!

Looking good feels good. Our Creative team, with skills that can make any product look a million dollars, will evaluate various materials and configurations to make sure when it comes to storage, packing, preparing and serving, your product is both cost and time effective, whilst our design studio can build a beautiful, bespoke brand designed to appeal right to the heart of your passengers.
