Our Chicken Hoisin Bao Bun, Tikka Masala Naanwich and Chicken Teriyaki Shaobing Bun, all from our handhelds category, were named as winners in the Ones to Watch category.
Our Chicken Hoisin Bao Bun is inspired by the classic dim sum which is rooted in Chinese culture. The classic round bao buns encases a sweet-savoury hoisin filling, filled with chicken, for a versatile, satisfying snack blending sweetness, umami and a touch of spice.
Similarly, our Tikka Masala Naanwich brings a modern twist to one of India’s most loved classics. Deliver the softness of naan bread with the heartiness of tender Indian chicken simmered in a creamy, spiced tikka masala sauce, it’s a satisfying, handheld meal rooted in authenticity.
