We are delighted to announce that our international cheese programme has been nominated in the category ‘Best Inflight Snacks – International’ at this year’s PAX Readership Awards, held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hamburg, Germany on the 15th April.
Aged to Perfection
For over ten years our cheese programme has been supplying premium cheese selections to passengers across the globe. Each cheese we serve tells a story, of its provenance, its culture and tradition, supplied by cheesemakers who pour their passion for cheese into every wheel and wedge.
The heart of our cheese programme lies on our unwavering dedication to sourcing the world’s finest cheeses. Partnering with artisan suppliers and with access to over 200 different cheeses from the UK & Europe alone, we are able to deliver the finest cheese – and in a variety of different packaging formats too.
From Farm to Flight
Onboard, our cheese programme has the power to evoke comfort, spark conversation and elevate the entire in-flight dining experience. We work closely with our partners and master cheesemakers to help create new interpretations of traditional cheeses, fitting the ever-evolving needs of today’s passengers.
From developing vegetarian or pasteurised versions of cheeses where raw milk, animal rennet, or alcohol-washed methods would traditionally be used, allows us to honour those classic, well-loved cheeses, while making sure they are accessible and suited to passengers within the airline environment.
