Earlier this month, we were once again exhibiting at the Onboard Hospitality Forum-Asia as part of the FTE APEX Expo in Singapore.
As a regular exhibitor at this event, it offers us a chance to connect with customers and suppliers from the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, and showcase the fantastic range of inflight products from this region.
Here are some of our event highlights:
- Our Regional Range
Over the two days, we were able to demonstrate a wide variety of authentic, scalable onboard solutions. From Asian street eats to Mediterranean classics, our global flavours celebrate local authenticity and delight every passenger palate.
And it was our regional products in particular, that resonated with local taste and global trends. Our portfolio brings together a diverse range of hot handhelds, fluffy omelettes, flavour-infused rolls, authentic Asian vegetarian meals and indulgent desserts – each developed to showcase the tastes of the APAC region while delivering onboard efficiency.
Designed with airlines and caterers in mind, every product is easy to prepare for maximum service flexibility. From breakfast to main meals and sweet endings, our range combines authentic flavour with operational reliability, providing versatile solutions that enhance passenger satisfaction across short, medium and long-haul routes.
- Non-Stop Conversation
The event gave us the chance to connect with inspiring industry professionals and engage in meaningful conversations. A clear highlight was the interest in En Route’s expanding product portfolio, now proudly spanning both Western and Asian offerings. Showcasing our full range at the show allowed us to demonstrate our commitment to growing our presence in Asian markets and to meeting the increasingly diverse culinary expectations of our airline partners.
- Reconnections
Exhibiting at the OBH Forum-Asia gave us a valuable opportunity to reconnect with our customers across the region and to introduce En Route to new and potential partners. It was a chance to strengthen those essential relationships and explore exciting future collaborations.
Seeing our Managing Director, Nick, take the stage as part of the panel discussion, “Better Together: The Power of Industry Collaborations to Innovate and Raise the Bar” was a particular highlight for the team. His contribution offered thoughtful insights into how stakeholders can work collectively to drive innovation and elevate standards across the industry, and it was a very proud moment to see En Route carve out space for itself in the APAC region.
When asked about the experience there Winnie Yim, our Business Development Manager, said: “I truly enjoyed being part of OBH Forum-Asia. The event provided an excellent platform to connect with aviation leaders and our customers that will undoubtedly shape the way we work moving forward.”
