Across each of En Route’s regional offices, we are busy getting ready to showcase at this year’s World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) from 14th – 16th April 2026. The team will be at stand 1F30 at the Hamburg Messe over the three-day event, showcasing a range of our passenger solutions, supply chain services and sourcing solutions for airlines and airline caterers.

This year, we are demonstrating En Route’s ‘Power of Possibility’. Whether it’s creating innovative passenger solutions that are borne out of the latest research and insight, sourcing the finest regional ingredients, or supporting your business with our robust supply chain services, we believe that anything is possible with En Route.

We are very proud to be sponsoring the Taste of Travel Theatre again this year. We’ll be providing pastries and refreshments at the opening session on day one and are looking forward to seeing representatives from En Route bring their expertise in culinary trends, regional airline travel and health and wellness to the Taste of Travel Theatre stage.

Tuesday 14th February

Let En Route’s NPD team – Sarah Dale, Head of Category – Meal Solutions, Sharon Allen, Head of Category – Dairy, Nicole Strachan, Head of Category – Bakery, and Sinead Ferguson, Food Development Manager – tempt your tastebuds with a selection of global favourites, whilst learning more about the research and insights that brought them to the table.
13:00 – 14:00 A Focus on Asia – Is Asia now the trend-setter, the standard bearer for the future of passenger service? Taste of Travel Theatre
David Helm, Director of Asia Pacific will be part of the discussion about the aviation industry’s rapid growth in Asia, and how the low-cost and ultra-low-cost airlines have worked together to help accelerate this. David and the rest of the panel will be discussing what’s driving this success and how the industry should plan on adapting in the future to accommodate this.
17:00 – 19:00 Onboard Hospitality Awards, Taste of Travel Theatre
A focal point of WTCE, the annual Onboard Hospitality Awards will take place at the Taste of Travel Theatre to round off day one. Our Seasoned Beef Croquettes have been named as a finalist in the Best Onboard Snacks – Economy category so we are keeping our fingers crossed for another win, after taking home the OBH Award in the Best Onboard Beverage: Non-Alcoholic category for our HPP Juices in 2025.
Wednesday 15th April
15:15 – 16:15 Health, Wellness and Nutrition on Board: Meeting the Evolving Eating Habits of Passengers, Taste of Travel Theatre
Category Development Director, Rebecca Neale, will be taking to the stage on day two to discuss how passengers are looking to maintain healthy lifestyles while flying, and how wellness is a major trend within the airline industry. She will be joined by a number of other industry experts to talk around how airlines support passenger wellbeing and reshape the inflight food experience.
16:00 – 19:00 dnata cocktail party, Stands 1F30 & 1F10
The dnata cocktail party is the place to be on Wednesday afternoon! We’ll be co-hosting the event along with dnata, on stands 1F30 & 1F10 for an afternoon of networking, cocktails, unique cheese and wine pairings. Don’t forget to stop by to sample some of the premium cheeses available as part of our award-winning global cheese programme.
18:00 – 20:00 PAX Awards, Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg
We’ll also be heading off to the PAX Awards, which honours the achievements of the aviation industry. Our global cheese programme is shortlisted for Best Inflight Snack – International so we’ll be hoping there’s a reason for us to celebrate!
